Company name is CCS, Called about my insurance

Robocall answered by human after two seconds. Stated they were calling from my insurance company. I called my agent and they saw nothing out of the ordinary on my account.

Received a call on my cell phone, did not pick up, no message left.

Keeps calling not saying anything just hangs up once I answer haven't attempted to call the number back just blocked them

I got a call from them but I missed the call and along with the call notification I got a text notification saying a FedEx package got shipped along with a link. I don't know what I have coming in FedEx but either it's a suspicious link or someone is using my number and ordering stuff but the site requires a phone number and they don't have a phone.

YOU dont need them calling you?! How pompous. If youre getting calls from this # then YOU DO need them calling you until you decide to pay off your back debts! This is a legitimate debt collections agency and by not paying it your credit is being destroyed. I called them back after getting a call and was able to verify they were legit. They told me who I owed and how much and I remembered I owed 43$ to an old ins. company. I didnt pay anything to them, i called allstate and paid it directly.

I got a call and asked what the matter was regarding and she told me she couldn't tell me because it was personal. I asked her what the company was and she told me CCS and I asked what the company did and she told me she couldn't tell me until I gave my full name. And told me thank you for your time and hung up on me.

The morons call all the time.

CCS Boston. A debt collection's agency. I have no oustanding debts.They called, I answered but no one on the other said a word. Then it starts rin ging like they are transfering the call. Too bad, as I was ready to bust their balls.

Honestly they already have my number and can look up all my info just from that so at this point I just spam call them back.
