Continuous calling and will not stop and will not say why he is calling

Calls here every day. Doesn't say anything. Get 5 calls a day from this number. Know no one from this place.

Called today, claimed they'd spoken to me before (I block scam calls, so it would've been from another number) and refused to tell me what the call was about past 'a personal business matter' without me feeding them personal information. Got very defensive when I asked if it was yet another scam call, and refused to disclose what the call was regarding yet again so I hung up. Likely scam, I don't own anything or owe anything.

Robo call. I do not answer calls who do not show their name. They just keep calling.

Received automated message referencing this number. Message states Healthcare Receivables a debt collector. I returned the call and gave my telephone number to the person answering-Scarlynn (sp). She asked for my name. I asked who she represented and she refused to provide any information without my name. A debt collector should be able to say who they are calling at a specific number or at least who they represent.
