My son got a call asking for me. Said all the stuff mentioned above. I called the number back and was told that they don't make outbound calls. It must happen a lot because the guy sounded annoyed and was rude

lied about the legal status of a credit card debt that is already passed my state's statute of limitations, and threatened me with a lawsuit and arrest by Marshals. Said that the statute of limitations started at charge off not at initial default. I looked up my state law it is from initial default. I filed a legal complaint with the FTC/CFPB.

Company stated I took out a loan in 2005.Saying I worked for Holy Family Adult Care.

This guy is nothing but a bully and he's calling my place of work bullying the principal who was a nun

He called my employer and I got a message to call him. He stated he was working on behalf of HSBC bank to collect charges on a credit card that I never had from 2007-2009. A total jerk.

Called my work phone and said I had debt on a BOA card from 2005.( didn't have the card in 2005). 6400. Wanted to know what happened and why he was going to file a suit. He was polite making small chit chat. And good until he listed address I don't live at and a yr I did not have card and when told him he was a scammer he started yelling at me. I told him the call was recorded and hung up on him.
