Says he is Dave Creighton and says he works for the IRS. Do not give him any information, this is a fraudulent call.

Guy called Creighton Spies trying to get us to talk about 941 on a tax lien against one of our companies....called this guy back and told him there was no lien on our business....got rude when i called his bluff. IRS WILL NOT CALL OR CONTRACT ANOTHER COMPANY TO TALK ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. IRS will send a letter...DUMBASS. talked to him once and has left two voicemails.

Called and said they were the IRS. They were looking for family members of mine

Said he was calling about and IRS matter. FRAUD.

RUDE.., Verbally abusive and belittling due to the fact that I was not interested in using their services. When the call was over I immediately blocked the number on my phone.

Calling to collect federal taxes (a foreign government no profit)

Tried to say he was the IRS - I replied they don't call people, they mail correspondence. He immediately said he had been hired by them for a lien against my company (don't have one). I hung up.

Caller left a message saying he was with the IRS and wanted to talk to someone with our business about our 941 tax filing. I did not return the call as I had not received any correspondence from the IRS regarding any possible 941 issue with our business.
