Comcast doesn't call customers directly. Told the caller their call isn't legit. We have not given permission to Comcast to share my number with anyone else for telemarketing purposes.

This number has called me every day for 2 weeks. How can I block it?

Guy called me a few times within a few hours. I finally answered and he claimed to be a Comcast rep trying to get me to upgrade my account over the phone.The usual question is that I would call him back after he explains what he wants to sell me and I think about it. Well he said I couldn't and bam I knew it was a scam.Anywho I called Comcast Customer Service and they verified this guy is a not from their company and further backs up that this was a scam.

Call says it is comcast. Number keeps calling my home line asking about adding solar panels. Don't know how they can say they are Comcast. Comcast knows I live an apartment.

This caller calls EVERY SINGLE DAY ON MY CELL Phone! This has happened for the past month at the minimum!!! Enough!!!

Caller said they had partnered with COMCAST and are offering solar energy.

They never leave a message. I got sick of the repeated calls and answered, immediately informing them that I know they're not Comcast and to stop calling. They called back again today, twice so far. I hope they catch the plague and die. Reported them to the Feds via donotcall.gov.

Claim to be from Comcast. Lots of questions about my account but no answers. Kept asking about my home security. Had to be rude to get him to stop asking me about that. Finally hung up after he had me on hold for a while without any music or sound which was huge red flag that it was not truly Comcast, as Comcast would have music and promotions being played during a call hold.

Comcast. Called twice in the last week after 8:00pm. Woke up the Wife both times. (She has to get up at 3:30 am.)

Distubed me for 2 month x3-4 per day. I did not pick up phone. Today I exploded b/o my phone on the No call list. Guy wasn't ready to explain in few words why he was calling. Scam, Scam, Scam. who knows your name. Report this calls to FTC!!!

12.17.14: received call from this number at 7:20 pm. I do not answer unrecognizable calls after 5PM so whoever it was hung up without leaving a message. I assume like all the other similar calls that this is a SCAM!! Because I am registered with the CA State & National DO NOT CALL LISTS!! I have filed a complaint with all the agencies.

They have called daily for the past month. I called the number back and requested to be put on the do not call list. That's not working All I can say is Comcast is one of the most annoying companies to deal with.

I am on the DO NOT CALL registry. Always have been. In the past thirteen days, I've received twelve phone calls from this number. This is a real nuisance and then some. A message is never left. I never answer it since I did not recognize the number

Calls 5 times a day, 2 hour intervals. Has been calling for over a week. I won't answer unknown numbers, but they never leave a message - and this is an office line.

Claimed to be offering solar energy. Really solar energy from a cable company. These scammers are desperate.

I keep getting these calls too. Most of the time they hang up after I answer. One time they stated they were from Comcast and they were calling about a solar energy program. Not interested yet they still call. I also am on the national do not call list.

I've been getting calls from this number 3-4 times a day for the past several weeks. I've never answered. I don't know how they are able to get through the 'no-call' block I have. I want them stopped!!!

I called back and got the automated message stating that 'all of our agents are currently assisting other customers.'My bill is paid current, so I'm guessing this is a promotional deal of some sort.

Calls often, never leaves message. We are on do not call list, but clearly it does not matter. Suspicious since there is no caller id & no message.

keeps calling every few minutes. called back the number and it's Comcast. Stay on the line and it will give you the option to no longer receive calls within 30 days. Let's see if it works. If not, pick up the phone and hang up.

This number has called several times in the last few days. The id says Comcast. They never leave a message. Which is odd because if it's service, they'd surely leave a message to be called back, and if they're selling they'd want you to buy. So by not leaving a message, I figure they probably aren't really Comcast. Just for grins, I redialed the number, and some cranky guy answered. Definitely not Comcast.

CID displayed COMCAST. Caller disconnected when strong male voice answered the call.

Got calls from this number on 12/27 then again on 12/30. I don't know the caller so didn't answer either time. Caller didn't leave a message.
