Sarah Wallace called from 213-451-4072 and left a voicemail about student loan forgiveness. Message said to call 725-214-2581. I paid off my student loan years ago. I hate these scam calls.

For once, these people actually came up with a name for the 'company' they are calling from, but I'm fairly certain it's still a scam. I received a voicemail with a pre-recorded message from 'Sarah Wallace' at the 'Student Loan Help Center.' She stated that she was calling regarding my Federal Student Loans, and mentioned I may qualify for the student loan forgiveness program. She also said they could help get my loans out of collections. However, I do not currently have any student loans, and was lucky enough to never have any, so I am fairly certain this is a scam. The call came from 702-620-5814, but the message asked me to call back on a different number: 725-214-2581.

Sarah Wallis left a voice mail, claiming that her company can help with my loans. The only problem I have is that I paid off all my loans in full a few years ago, so they are scammers in my book. Why would I use a company when the Dept. Of Education actually has instructions on how to do this for free?

So, the caller wants to forgive my student loans? I never had a student loan. And I graduated from university 50 years ago. SCAM!!! Reporting this one to donotcall.gov
