I bought a gift package last Christmas from them and immediately started receiving spam and phone calls.

Not Scammers. Their automated message recording does sound very fishy. But they're the bank who runs several different credit cards. We had accidentally missed a payment on our Jack Furrior account. Thank goodness these guys call before being sent to a debt collector, or reporting on credit.

Get rid of these scammers. They call me everyday. I NEVER answer their calls.

This is the bank that backs the Firestone card, as others have said. I kept getting calls, but when I would pick up, the call would hang up after a couple of seconds of silence, and I never got a voicemail. I called the number back after reading reviews here, and they informed me that I had a payment that was past due. They allowed me to pay off my balance using my card of file and waived my late fee.

This is my Hibdon Tire card. late payments due. my bad, hospital stay and I forgot all about them.

8003211150 No message. No information. Unsolicited and unwanted . I am getting more and more calls random. My bills are paid and I am sick of all the scammers, cheats , credit agencies buying records 30 and 40 years old and then stealing from us all. The Government sold us out ,when we have no true protection.

These stupid idiots called my house at 8:40 AM on a Saturday-a computer voice told me to stay on the line for an IMPORTANT CALL then proceeded to play very loud elevator type music. After several minutes, the voice told me to call the 1-800-321-1150 number-Credit First National Association Services is the name....I called the 1-800 number and guess what? Their office is not even OPEN on Saturday...Wait till they hear from me on Monday. I am normally a very nice person, but I won't be on Monday-BEWARE!

Confirmed, it's Credit First NA who handles the Firestone Credit Cards. I didn't get my first bill so they called and left a message last night that they hadn't gotten payment yet.

1/28/2020 received recorded message at 8:20 am this morning,. Message 'an important message about my account.'

They say they are sorry they missed me and to call them. I'm not late on any payments, nor have I missed any so I'm not sure why they keep calling. They have called from 3 different numbers with the same message. Strange

I gotten this number ONCE, but I BLOCKED IT, but it called back, but RUNG ONCE and went to voice mail, which meassge lasted 1sec

They left a voicemail, which sounded weird and never stated who they were calling for, but they did mention it was from Credit First National Association which is who I pay my Ramona Tire account through. I decided to check my account online and I had missed a payment after switching from paper to paperless, which is why they were calling. As the other people have stated, call your credit card directly on the number that appears on the credit card, your statements or online because this number is not the customer service number, at least for my credit card

These people call here 6 times a day.Starting at 8am.No information.

I got couple of calls this one in the morning and one in the evening. This number is from Credit first national association (https://www.cfna.com/web/personalservices/personal-services ). the phone call says 'we missed your call , please call us at the number. When you call they will ask you to provide name and account number. First lady insisted on provide her with the name, i said no. I called again to make sure i don't have any pending bills , this time the lady kind enough to read the name associated with my number. Apparently somebody (moody) gave my number as a contact. This finance company deals with most of the automotive credit cards. She took my number off of the account . I am glad i made the call.

800-321-1150 is a legitimate caller. It is Credit First National Association. www.cfna.com. You get calls from because you might have a FireStone Credit Card and probably late on your payment. CFNA specializes in automotive repair related credit cards.

Relax. Somebody probably had your number before you and hadn't paid their bill. I have one of their auto repair credit cards and they called me because I was past due on a bill myself.
