Calls for my ex husband every day (lease a voice mail because I won't pick up), wants me to give him a message and to reference case number. So annoying.

Debt collector. Went to their web site. Basically an ad to try to hire more collectors. Made a big deal out of how, if hired, they need to train you to do things the 'right' way and 'respectful' way. Yet in their voice mail they don't identify themselves or the fact they are a debt collector as required by law.

Left voicemail on my dad's cell to have me call this 844 # with a case #. According to Google, Apple Recovery. I don't owe a debt. Will block & have my dad block it as well!

's a cell phone (602-812-7406) & the message they leave is to have such & such a person call them back at 844-232-2775 with a case number. Obviously, it's a bill collector. Can't attest to how a live collector speaks to you but I can say if it's a bill collector...then they're scum. If they have the gull to hide behind a cell number then they can't be anyone reliable so they're now on my cpr call blocker's block list.

This # calls several times a day at all hours. l called it from my cell and it is a collection agency.

They call me trying to collect on a debt that is outside the statue of limitations (over 10 years old). They buy these uncollectable debts for pennies on the dollar in large bulks. Then try and threaten you they will take you to court and garnish you. If the debt is older than 7 years it cannot be collected in any state. Most states it is 3-5 years. Check with your states regulations. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK AND ADMIT ITS YOUR DEBT. They can then start the timeline over again.

Apple Recovery Service (debt collector)... I have no debt ! Get these calls all the time, several times a week...I just don't answer calls from peeps & numbers I don't know...

Just received a call from an 'unknown' number - Gentleman gave his name as Zach Atkinson and asked me to call 844-232-2775 x-108. After seeing these posts- I called the number and yep- it's states Apple Recovery and it is to collect a debt. Like many of you- I don't have any debt, so I disconnected the call.

For those receiving threats, the FDCPA absolutely disallows threats of court or garnishment if there is no legal ability or intention to proceed. You can sue THEM for thousands of dollars.Collection laws have changed, and now benefit the consumer. There are half-a-dozen things YOU can sue THEM for. Even referencing the FDCPA should get them to stop.If you owe a debt, have them PROVE it by sending you the original signed documents. Likely, they don't have them, and you're off scott free.

Individual with cell phone call and leaves a number to call back. Never been to Arizona and I do owe any one!

I just got a call from this number as well it comes up no caller ID and when I checked the voice mail it shows as unknown. The guy is very rude and wants me to call him back or my attorney of record, this caller stated his name was Richard. States the same call back number is 844-232-2775.

Got a call from this number, no message. Based on what everyone else has said, I will block this number from my phone.

Calls from a mobile telephone number then states to call an 844 number. Looked up the company Apple Recovery and licensed in early 2014. There have been several listings as a spam number. Also, I do not owe anything and this is automated adding my name in and then a case number. They do not identify themselves name or company name.
