Threats to start contacting/harassing any contacts and/or family parties in an attempt to reach me if I do not call them back. I do not get the entire message when trying to recover their voice mail as it always gets cut off so I have no idea what they are calling about. If I don't know who you are I am not answering my phone. Plain and simple. Jerks.

Recording left a message about gathering info for their clients

Scam, scam, scam. Mass dialing to get you to call back, threats of 'contacting your family and work', it's all a scam. Reported to the BBB as well as the FBI Call Center. Next step is to file a formal harassment suit because it's an illegal practice.

Same recording as all the others. Can this not be considered harassment? Especially since they are threatening you. What about people who don't know any better and they are afraid?

ANNOYING CONSTANT CALLING!

Call received from 505-369-7583 implies a legal requirement for a return call to 855-614-0180. After placing the return call, the female will not provide a reason why she is asking if I know a certain named individual. When calling again, was asked if i know a different individual. Calls from 505-369-7583 are robocalls.

I called them back and told them I was an attorney for myself and said my client receives several calls per week and considers the calls harassment so I will I need your mailing address so i can send a cease and desist letter . Click

This number calls multiple times a day, both cell and home phone, and is always a recording. Never says a name of the person that they are trying to reach, but threatens to call 'all references', including family and employer.

Very very annoying to receive these threatening calls from nowhere and with differents phones each time so I can't block them on my phone. They come from 626-205-9014, 559-309-0930 (with ID caller name Eric Duarte), 909-340-2301 and always to call back the same number 855-614-0180. Is there a good way to get rid of those nasty calls and put those scammers in jail or pay a hefty fine?

Keeps saying something about an inquiry and getting into my assets and wages

threatening to contact employer now as well as our property and auto records so they can access our holdings to get what they need from us. Threatening IRA and 401 Ks also They want our money now.

I am getting calls from this number every day. My phone service shows it as a 'scam caller' so I don't answer. They are threatening to contact everyone I know but no information is left for me. I figure if it was 'legit' and 'important' I would have received something written in the mail.

Anybody that has ever dealt with collections, lawsuits or any type of legal action that will be taken against you does not come in the form of a robocall recording....NEVER! The processor shows up at your door with legal documents for you to sign and it's on you to take care of business from that point. These people are truly sick, cause someone is going to think this is real and give up there money over some LIES!!
