I have a new i-phone. FDR keep sending me messages but I am not the person they are looking for. the name sounds like ??? Virgin. I am not that person. I try to block but it does not work. what can I do?

They keep calling me...same number each time from the same caller ID. Each time it is the same message..They say a name that is not mine..I just want these calls to stop. I have important time that is now wasted because of them.

Keeps calling for a person named Colton Young. I used to get text messages with that name used in it. They call every day, I have the number blocked but I have to constantly delete voicemails from them. Always says it's confidential and important and leaves the call back number 1-855-660-7757 extension 1039.

The person that they requested to talk to or call them back at their number; 1 885 660 7757, ext. 1061, and acc. 2610019; has not been in contact with our family for over twenty years. We do not know his where about is. How they got our number is unknown to us.

keeps calling me every day and when I call back they say they are the Fdr. They have a Unknown name with their number. I don't have any debt that I don't know about.

They call me almost everyday. I have no idea why they call except they say I owe debt that needs to be paid. They don't ask for me by name and they aren't specific in what they want. It's very irritating and they constantly fill my voicemail. I just want them to stop calling!!!!

I get many calls from this company. I suspect they want my son. i don't know where he lives. I have talked to them and left messages to managers but still get calls.I have them blocked but is very anoying

Keeps calling non stop

Started getting robocall messages from FDR limited on my cell phone saying my deceased inlaw owes money however this person passed 3 years ago and FDR is using thier maiden name from over 25 years ago also not sure how they associated my private number with that family member. They just keep calling everyday now for the last week and won't stop, obviously a scam.

Keeps getting call from this number harrassing me and asking me for verification questions.

Our company phone keeps getting calls daily and when we finally had the chance to answer their call they asked for three different people's names. We explained to them that they are calling a business number and those people do not even work here and we were told they will not stop calling until those people take care of their affairs. Then the rude agent hung up the phone. Sadly this is a legitimate debt collections agency but they are not doing everything the way they are supposed to.

They call me every day and leave voicemails everyday but yet they won't leave a name for the person they are looking for. I've blocked their number but they still fill my voicemail. This is bullshit can they even legally do this!

Non stop calling my number for last 3-4 months asking for Helllen, i did speak with them explaining that i have only been in Canada ( from the Philippines) for 4 months. They accused me of being Hellen and stated they will not stop til i pay $1375.00 for the loan they say i took in 2018 ( wasn't even in Canada then ) even after blocking their number, they leave several voice mail a day ( Hellen call us now ) In the Philippines you go to prison doing that.

Should be charged for fraud harassing people with phone calls and telling them they owe money when they don't. Why are you not doing nothing about this you have so many complaints with proof related to this number.

They call everyday asking for a Wayne Cassels I do not know a Wayne Cassels. They keep claiming there is an appointment and they have been calling me for months now and it is the same automated voice message wether I answer or not
