Claims to be Comcast TV or Internet Advanced Tech support. if you have or had an open issue or problem or are a customer, i don't think filing a complaint will get you anywhere. i called the number back and it really seems to be comcast and i have open issues with both TV and internet after our storm last evening.

Made appt w/Comcast. Their call center decided they could 'fix' the problem. She said I should change the batteries on my remote. Freakin waste of time. Idiots trying to get out of sending a tech. Problem has been ongoing for over a month. They send a signal, they reset the box. Anything to avoid actually fixing the problem. BLOCK THIS NUMBER, MAKE THEM GET THEIR BUTTS OUT TO YOUR HOME.
