This is a company that buys debtsand information from other companies for pennies on the dollar. Then get ahold of you to pay up the full amount. They are quite persistant and others have said they have used bullying techniques to get information.They call, tell you they are soandso (no company name, just a first name of the caller) give you a reference number and a phone number to call them back.
