got message and called back, saying old navy card late payment, it seems I missed one payment, the Indianaccent girl asked for visa or master card to pay it right away, didn't do so since not sure about it.

They keep calling me but I only have a Banana card, not Old Navy

They call every day. I do not answer unknown numbers. They do not leave a message. I called back and a recording says they are Old Navy Visa. Suspect it really is a scam since I have never even been in an Old Navy Store.

This was a wrong number, put on hold and then they hung up - have no idea who the person is they are calling.

We have received well over a dozen calls from them.

They called and the 2nd time I asked for a message which they gave me. It was for my daughter and I asked them not to call back. I asked my daughter to call them. We shall see how this goes.

Call every day - no one will say anything.

I get calls from this number at least 10 times a day. When I answer, it states that they are calling for someone, but it is not my name. It goes on to state that if it is not me to hit 2 and I have always hung up after that in case it was some sort of scam. Am thinking of maybe hitting the button and seeing if I get someone to note I am not the person they are attempting to reach. I would like to stop these phone calls for sure!

It's Old Navy Visa and it was because I had a late payment so they were just doing their job. I totally forgot to pay last month so I just called them back and explained that I sent a check yesterday and they were completely fine.

phone call telling me that it was an attempt to'collect a debt' for an old navy visa. I don't even have an old navy card as I cancelled it months ago. Old Navy confirmed that it was probably a scam call and that my account is closed with no balance due. BEWARE OF SOLICITERS

This number calls all hours and when i called back a voice system asked me to enter my entire social security number!!!! Identity theft scam if ever I've seen one

It's not a scam. But you should always call the number on the back of our card to make sure, rather than any number that they leave for you. It's horrible business practice to leave a number other than the customer service number as a callback number. It makes it reek of scam.As for those who don't have Old Navy credit cards, sometimes they have incorrect or outdated numbers.

Yes, I did have a late payment also with old navy. They increased my credit. I paid the bill, because I forgot.Now , they keep calling... Crazy!!!!!!! After paying it. Also, I mailed a payment in conjunction of payingwhat owed from last month. Also, I need to look up to see what I have done with them. I keep records and notes. If you do pay, why would they harrass the crap out of you and turn into a debt collection. Sucks!!!!!

Says important issue with my card. Call or visit old navy website. Nothing on the website, when you call the number it asks you to input your card number. No thanks!

Any SERIOUS company, even if it is a collection agency will never hide their name and the reason for the call. If they really have an important 'matter' they should contact via standard mail. Don't ask me to press any number in a phone system that could be located anywhere in the world!To me, this is a SCAM!

Recording stating info regarding my credit card. I don't even own a credit card. So it HAS to be a scam. We have not had a credit card in years!!! The number keeps calling at off the wall times, waking us up. No human comes on line, ever. RIDICULOUS!!! SOMETHING has to STOP!!!

Repeatedly calling, no messages , all times of the day.

We are getting calls from this number before 8AM and after 9pm.. 7 days a week.. The number is blocked but we still get 1 ring.. We are on the don't call list.. I see many complaints on the web.. this number should be fined or shutdown..Thanks you
