I too have received innumerable calls from them on my business phone, my boyfriend's business phone and my home phone looking for someone other than one of us. They are a collection service and a persistent, annoying one at that. When I called them back this morning I attempted to get information on who they are and what they want. They danced around of course telling me; by law, they cannot divulge information. I said - so you're calling me for information you want from me, but you won't be returning the favor? I pressed for answers, first being HOW DID YOU GET the phone numbers of my business, my boyfriend's business and my home in connection to this person you are trying to reach? I finally got an answer that I was listed as their 'next relative' contact. That's PURE BULLSH*T. There is no reason whatsoever to tie those three numbers in together to the person they're trying to reach. As I said one of the phones belongs to my boyfriend, not my husband.KNOW THE LAW. Call them back, tell them to CEASE & DESIST. Under law, they cannot contact you again via phone.

They called my cell phone asking me about someone I don't know and leaving a ref# on my v/m to refer to when I called back. I blocked them. I'm guessing they are debt collectors?

The name of the company is: Capital Management Services LP and they are a collection agency with shady tactics to collect debt for their clients. They conduct data base searches to find any possible relative or connection and then harrass the people they think may be related to the person who owes the debt. If you've ever seen a database search company; such as Intelius for example, you will find there are thousands of 'connection' to others who 'may' or may not be a relative via collecting records over the past 20 -30 years. Intelius has NO rhyme or reason, they do not ask anyone if the information is correct and they are WRONG a majority of the time. Trying to get them to remove data or FIX their mistakes is a waste of breath.If you don't want them to contact you again, you will have to call them back - tell them CEASE & DESIST. Once done, they may not contact you again.

Keep getting calls for someone who I do not know (possibly someone connected to the former owner of my number?). Eventually I manage to talk to an actual person and after I tell them to stop calling they do, but only for about 6 weeks. I assume that's how often they run a search for possible people to call and harass; I'm seriously considering getting a new number because of this.

They call 3 times a day, every day, even weekends .I dont answer . They call both cell phone and home phone . I wish they would just show up here .I got something for them.

Called asking about an ex-husband I have not seen for at least 10 years. Wanted to know if we had children together and I said No. Wanted to know if I had any children who he is not the father of who may have contact with him. At that point, I told her the questions were too personal and I don't know anything about him. Caller lied and said she was representing my ex-husband on a business matter - if a debt collector, it's not likely she is representing ex so they will LIE if it suits them.

If it's this so called Capital Management douchers that other posters have said , they call from many different phone numbers besides this one. Though, caller ID only shows Toll Free Call. Must not be important because they never leave a message and I don't answer phone calls or even the door for that matter unless I know who it is. Remember, mom was right,never talk to strangers.

They call on robo call and when the Nomorobo picks up they immediately ring back from a different number. I do not and will not answer..>EVER!
