Constant repeatedly unwanted phone calls from Direct Energy. I did take their call once and told them that I am not interested. I was a previous customer but reinterated my current supplier is not them. These fools have now pissed me off, I will NEVER be a customer of theirs again. They could be free and I would not pick them as a supplier. These are live idiots calling not robo calls.

Caller ID shows Renewed Energy , but when I answered this afternoon, i got a recording saying that nobody's available to take my call! And they're the ones who called me! Such a Nuisance!

MY LAND-LINE RECEIVES CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AT LEAST THREE TIMES A DAY, STARTING AROUND 8AM AND ENDING AFTER 8PM IN THE EVENING, NEVER LEAVING ANY TYPE OF MESSAGE. IT IS GETTING TOTALLY OUT OF HAND. I get at least one call a day to push me to sign up with the company again. After taking 2 of the calls and repetitively telling them I was not interested, they keep calling every day. Said they were Direct Energy and my account had expired and I needed to renew with them. Same number had called me in November and I renewed my Electricity with them. I ended up hanging up this time and called Direct Energy directly. They said I had cancelled my contract with them in November and signed up with another provider. This is some sort of scam and I would NOT answer this number.

I first began reporting this number (877-341-7635) to DONOTCALL.GOV on August 28, 2020, but the calls began months before that date. Even though this number has been blocked for several months now, I continue to report these annoying calls to DONOTCALL.GOV every time I receive a call. Today I reported this number for the 62nd time. DONOTCALL.GOV's inaction is just as annoying as the calls themselves. Outrageous!

First of all, I am profoundly Deaf, so there's no way the Electric Department (as the person on the other end identified on my SignMail message through VideoPhone) would have known about my personal information since my actual electric company does not have my mobile VP number. Secondly, my signed recorded message specifically said that due to identity theft, only my first name would be identified and that I required FULL details prior to calling back. Electric Dept (without identifying the name of electric company) = SCAM Ugh!!

This number called my 13 yr old daughter telling her the electric bill was past due. Somehow they knew her name. They also advised her to look through her parents wallets for a credit card so the payment can be made to avoid shutoff. I called the number back and reamed out the lady who answered.

This caller if they get your number is unbelievably extreme HARRASSMENT. They have called me over 80 times. I sent the first one to voicemail and blocked them from there so it doesn't ring. I will never answer but they still call everyday.

I have been getting 2-3 calls a day from this number. Each time they leave a voicemail for 5 secs. I have tried to ask them not to call as I don't want their business.
