They told me by my family being a long time user of Estel and paying our bill on time for Over 10 yrs we had won an IPhone 11! I just had to fill out my information and I would only be charged $ 1. 95 but was charged $19. 95 and won a vacation cruise and have extra charges coming and subscriptions to magazines coming that will also cost me more money! I cannot understand why this happened and I hate them? Can you please help me out of this! Thanks for your consideration, XXXX XXXXX!!
