Cannot reach this company! They keep sending me filters that do not fit any appliance I own. Reported them as fraud they keep sending them to me. Have tried returning the filters - no response. This company is a scam! Do not under any circumstances do any business with them! If they were a reputable company they would answer their phone or have someway to contact them!

Charge on my Credit Card for $106.13 for 3 Frigidaire Water Filters. I never received the filters and tried to call the number, which is no longer in service. This is a scam. Am in the process of blocking this company from recurring charges and getting my money back. These people should be reported. The letter I received in the mail looked to be a real publication from Frigidaire, obviously it was not.

They charged my credit card for$33.66 No confirmation for my order suppose to be for water filters, call frigidaire they can't find a order.

When I call this number, there's a recording saying it's invalid. This company made two charges against my debit card.

In NOV/DEC, we received a call from this agency and despite of refusing to take the services, we see the charges appearing in our bill for 92.97 cents. Its a scam company.

I ordered refrigerator parts and they were never received. I contacted UPS and they did investigation and refunded the compliance on august 13 but they never gave me a reins or replaced the items ordered!!

I had a fraudulent charge of $42.28 on my bankcard from this 'company'. It was during a time I wasn't even using the card so, I know it wasn't something I bought and forgot about. I haven't bought any appliances in years either so, no reason to be making a warranty payment.

That number is a scam too I called the 1-800-374-4432 it answers as Fridgedaire and it ask you for info about refrigerators press 1 for other appliances press 2 and no matter what number you press it tells you you didn't press a correct number I believe E N A repair is a scam company every time I call their number 866-386-5286 the machine say because of high volume calls call back another time I've called a million times and I keep getting the same message

I had a fraudulent claim on my credit card with this name and phone number. I did not authorized this charge, have never had any dealings with this merchant and the phone number does not work.I've noticed that several others here have made a connection to ordering water filters. I had previously ordered,(and received) water filters about 6 months ago that were paid with the same credit card so I assume someone involved in that transaction is responsible for this scam.

This is suppossed to be a warranty center, for appliances, but it appears to have gone defunct.

I called the number listed on the internet as Frigidaire parts and got a girl? named HOPE who took my order and said that I would have the belt in Three business day by UPS. I called the same number today and they told me there is no order on file and I said that they billed my debit card for it plus an additional $10.00 and gave them all the information that I had. HOPE DOSEN'T WORK FOR US ANY MORE was his answer, but I still didn't get my money back, or the drive belt for my washer. SCAM.

This is a company used by Frigidaire for extended warranties. their # to verify on the letter is1 (800) 374-4432 (EST) if anyone needs it..

This company ENA Appliances is not real when you cannot get customer numbers and I looked it up and see it a scam. I call my bank and told the representative that I being a scam. And got my money back.

I was charged $198.92 by this company that I never heard of and never used. Seeing all the similar comments (my charge was the highest!) all trying the number given and told it was not in service makes this a definite scam and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau or perhaps the FBI!
