This number called me 12 times in 6 hours, and never left a message. From what I have read, if you answer their call, they ask for your PIN. How obnoxious!

This number called me after i reported Virgin Mobile to the BBB. It's from Sprint's Executive and Regulatory department. They're trying to resolve the complaint. Virgin uses the Sprint Network. Legit number.

Did not answer this call........Sprint has been s******g with me since they 'migrated' my nTelos service to Sprint. Cut my service off 6 days after migrating the account......for 'non-use'. Did not inform me....just cut it off. Went to one of their stores & told them I did not want their service anymore (did not sign any contract). They turned the phone back on & advised me I had to PAY for the 2 weeks they left me with no service. Now they are robo calling me. Sprint is the worst.

I had called Sprint an hour earlier to set up a payment plan, which I was told was successful. Then this number called me claiming to be Sprint and asked for my pin and said in order to do the payment plan I need to set up my credit card info instead of paying in the store and I gave them my pin. And they got the payment plan date wrong in the beginning from what I had set up with the other call which was really Sprint...

If this is a fake number, then they've done an awesome job with it. No idea if they initiate outbound calls from the number, so the other reports of scammers calling and spoofing this number may still be valid. But the number itself does belong to Sprint Support.

got a call from this number. showed sprint, i picked up and the guy told my my account's been suspended for unusual activities. I know there's a scam like this and heard about caller id spoofing, too. So I hung up, called Sprint and asked them about the call. As i expected, Sprint rep denied making the call.

Whenever I call I get a person that I cannot understand. Speaking with a very heavy accent, having to constantly repeat answers and not understanding what they are saying. Talking very quickly. I would appreciate talking to someone who speaks English without an accent.

I was just given this number from a Sprint Repair Center 5-3. I called the number and it takes you to Sprint. People may be getting this number mixed up with 800-712-4227. When u call that # it says the number was changed to 800-712-3000. That number is a Rewards Center offer for trips or free gifts. I hung up before they finished. So the number 888-211-4727 is good I'm talking to Support right now.

They called from sprints customer care 888#!! Cause i called it back and it went right to sprint! They asked for my zip & my pin .. And if they needed more info theyd call back and its same sprint lady automated voice to i changed all my info so jokes on them! And i notified sprint of this! People beware sprint never does call outs like this and never give your info!

Called my mobile phone at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night. Claimed to be Sprint calling about an account I was having trouble closing. Didn't ask me to call them back, just said they would call back later. My account with Sprint has been closed for YEARS! Scammer!Crazy, this number has scams like this spoofing it for over 3 years.
