Received call from this number, VM msg says they are the Business Office and all agents are busy. Please hold on for next agent. I got a person named Joe, he said they were calling for Genesis Health regarding my wife. I started googling the number and it references being a fraud attempt. Told the guy to xxxxx off and he indicated I would probably be contacted by the agency. I expressed my thoughts to him and advised never to call this number again.

Keep getting calls from this number. Do not answer it as I do not recognize the number. Listening to the message the left, it is cut off. It only gives me the hours they are available. I am not calling back. Leave me a message stating what you want.

Message left to return call to 888-927-9535, stating they were calling 'on behalf of' Genesis Health System Business Office. Attempting to collect on an account that was already paid in full. Upon asking who they were, they kept saying they were the business office, and calling 'on behalf of' Genesis, but they would NEVER give out any further information. The 'gentleman' got very upset when I stated I was going to call Genesis and speak with them directly.
