Bill payment reminder

This number called me twice today the first time I was sleep so I called the number back and it was a credit union. The second time I pick up and some lady pick up the phone. She wanted me to give her some information about my account and I questioned her about it. Then I hung up and called the number again and the person at the credit picked up and I told them about the people using their number to try and scam people.

The number is registered to Israel Cortes in Smithfield, NC. They have been calling my parents every day sometimes twice a day since July 1st. The caller ID shows State Employees Credit Union. They claim that I have an overdue bill from Verizon.

SCAM

This number called me 3 times yesterday 10/22 and at 8am this morning 10/23. They do not leave a message so I will not answer or return their call.

This number has been calling my phone multiple times a day and night. It is a recording supposedly a debt collector call.

There was just a recording.

2/22/2021 at 8:48 and 10:35 AM got calls that to call them with info on version account-- attemted fraudFraud

They called as SECU and somehow changed to Verizon. It's a scam!!! Don't fall for it they ask me for my social security number! People don't fall for it!

Don't hang up...

Keeps leaving voicemail with just a dial on it.

They left a message and said to call back. When I called back I spoke to someone. They said it was state employees credit union. I did not believe them so I told them I would call the credit union myself.

This number has called me 3 times today. I answered the first call, said hello 3 times and then they hung up. They've now called back twice and left 2 5 seconds voicemails of a phone ringing. SPAM!

Recorded call

Called me from 919-424-1121. Lady said I had an overdue payment from Verizon. The amount mentioned was $87.. and I am always on autodraft so that was the first red flag... amount I pay is always over $200. Scary part is she new the last 4 of my credit card. She ended up transferring me to true customer care of Verizon which is even crazier. indeed they confirmed it was scam and they would never call from a 919 number.

Possible scam

I have blocked this number on my cellphone and continue to receive the annoying phone calls! No one speaks when I pick-up. Not even a recording or robocall. Please help!!

Received two calls from this number 919-424-1121 stating not to hang up it was verizon financial. the account was for some company, so I waited to speak to someone and I was finally dropped. I called Verizon and they said they had not called me and that my phone number was in good standing. this is some kind of spam call
