called from this number to the netherlands. said had important information for me from my paypal account. he only needed my e-mail to verify. paypal never calls I hang up.

It isn’t PayPal, someone from within PayPal is clearly leaking information to a scammer, my girlfriend has recently had the same caller but unfortunately trusted the person and now she has lost over £200 to this person

Also got a call from this exact same number, im from the Netherlands and it said it was from Dublin. didn't answered the phone call but I don't know how they got my number, so ill get a new one then haha.

Ik ken niemand in Ierland, maar als dit nog een Paypal-scam is, dat ga ik mijn account deleten Mijn Paypal-account is gisteren al gehackt, ze hebben 32 baco's besteld bij een grillroom en die bestelling meteen weer geannuleerd. Wel is €112 van mijn Paypal afgeschreven. Nog maar zien of dat terug komt. PayPal: als jullie deze comments lezen, schroef je veiligheid dan op!!

Got a call by this number today. I didn’t pick up because I don’t know the number. I did contact Paypal a few times but over email. How do I know they are the real Paypal on the phone..? I think it’s a bit suspicious....
