Had a call this afternoon, very noisy background. He was reluctant to give his name, after my questioning. He stated he was from the payment protection team. Phoning on behalf of first call group. I asked what it was regarding and then he immediately hung up. Twice daily phone calls, and very unprofessional. Do not give any personal details when you are asked to confirm your name.

Robbing wan**rs out to scam. Very aggressive. He is very luck he is in another country as I would find him and rip his head off!

Continually calls and hangs up upon answering, it's really frustrating

They phone nearly everyday never saying who they are skim over their name quickly so I don't hear it properly With a very sarastic tone

The person on the other line said is that Mrs ....? I was said no (totally different name to mine). Are you the owner of this telephone number? I replied yes.. I then said I don't want to talk to you, this isn't a good time and hung up. Really dodgy. Really loud in the background, definitely a call centre abroad.

Keep phoning me about PPI when i say I don't want the service they either are really rude or hang up

they phone me twice & asked me where I have lived when I had a morage

Received a call one week and asked to be removed from their service. They called with the same PPI reclaim offer the week after. I asked on the call repeatedly for him to remove me from his database but he spoke over me every time. Overly aggressive and rude.

Annoying dont answer.

Ring everyday, at least 4-5 times a day.. I don't answer.. have put on my auto reject list to see if this helps
