Unsolicited call. This number has called several times on my mobile but does not answer returned calls.

I had already blocked this number from home phone so now they have started calling constantly my mobile. They never answer so I assume they Ppi or some other lost cause. So annoying. I hardly ever answer calls anymore for fear of being caught out. I have an answerphone message on house phone and voicemail on mobile. I just wish they would give up. They make life a living hell. Can't they get the message. If we want you we will call you. Arghhhh.

evryday this number rings, when answered hangs up ring back on hold for 6-7 minutes then says goodbye

I picked up without saying anything and it went within busy tone. Received this call about an hour after having blocked 0165776752 - which was answered by a recording
