A very RUDE female, as she doesn't deserve the name of a Lady, called Victoria, called me today AGAIN to say our SSE Contract is due for renewal. Incorrect! Calling with incorrect personal information. Need to put a stop to these companies and their abrupt, ignorant and rude staff

We were called today and they said that our electricity contract was due for renewal and that they needed to speak to the person responsible. Firstly, none of our contracts are actually due for renewal but also they addressed us under a name that we only use for advertising and does no exist as an entity and that holds no contracts. They are clearly scammers who look names up in directories or on the internet. Definitely to be avoided.
