I have been charged for a call to this number which I have not made. I do not use the landline for calls. How can I stop this happening?

This number called but left no message.

This number spammed called me and it’s a american company so I think they are calling from there so it makes you pay

Who are those people? They don't stop calling my home? What do they want?

virgin mobile customer service

I am being charged by this number every time they send me a text message. At the moment it is £22.00 but it is not stopping. I am furious

I was on web looking for virgin media phone and broadband dealwhich I has previously seen came across this site who said she could match the deal. Kept me on phone for an hour left me with a blocked ear for a few days, Took the deal and then I I rang back to cancel through virgin media 0800 telephone number,She read everything possible in that hour pressurzsing me for a mobile sim card which I kept telling her I did not need with the amount of calls I do.

I have had problems with my virgin mobile and have been advised to phone this number for customer support.Josie Carter
