Two months without a penny. All paper work supplied. Can't get through ever, always busy tone. I've not eaten a meal in two days now. My phone has been cut off so have to keep using neighbors phone. No gas as that ran out two weeks ago. I don't know how much more I can take of this.

I have been trying to speak to someone here for weeks.Have rang hundreds of times. Always engaged. Tax credits tell me that they can't help me.My son's childcare is due. I am so stressed about it all. I have written recorded to them and nothing back so far. That was two weeks ago. I just don't know what to do....

I want to know why your phone number is always engaged. I think that is disgusting because you have stopped my wtc/cc & with 4 children I am struggling. I have been trying for weeks but it is always engaged and when it did ring out answer machine advising me to hold this went on for an hour & then I disconnected it.

I've been ringing for 4 days and can't get through. Rang tax credits direct more than 5 times today already and they keep 'advising' me to ring concentrix as there's nothing tax credits can do. Waste of time

This is ridiculous. I've been trying to get hold of them for 8 weeks always a busy tone then they cut me off when I finally got through I was to send loads of paper work in. That's been sent off and I've heard nothing back I'm unable to pay my phone bill now so that's been cut off I'm borrowing a phone to get me by and I'm already in debt borrowing money from family to pay for gas electric and food for my two young sons

Phoned HMRC told them the details I needed updated only to be given this number on which is ALWAYS busy. Although they are quick to get you for not updating your records not so on answering their phones.

Called Concentrix over 100 times a day over a week off work, due to them stopping my childcare tax credits. There is no email address only snail mail. Do not waste your phone bill. You will be on hold for over 40 mins and then mysteriously the phone gets cut off.

Absolutely hopeless trying to get thru. When you do no information. They seem to relish in your distress. Should be investigated. Absolute shambles.
