Very rude and abrasive person called Jessica called about pensions. I tried to explain that I was at work. She replied with 'well I'm at work too@ and carried on with what she was selling. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said she was the supervisor and had been for 5 years. I asked to speak to her manager she said that she is the manager and became very aggressive.
