I contacted Paypal as message left on my answerphone stated it was them. Checked with Paypal, this is not them and they confirmed that they do not cold call customers. So do not give them any of your details and block their number, as I have done.

Like other a dodgy Irish fella called me from this number today claiming to be Paypal and wanting my details. I told him he wasn't getting them and he told me I had to urgently log on to fix my account. Out of curiosity - and over a secure connection - I checked my account, all fine. Clearly a fraudster. Block this number if they call you. Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy.
