they said I own them money since 2010 it is not my fault that the payment did not go through I do not have that account any more that call me all hours of night and days and also on weekend

This phone number has called my cell phone 3 times between yesterday 3/5/19 and today 3/6/19.I do not live in Phoenix Arizona, nor do I have an account with Midland Credit.They will not leave a message and I do not answer phone calls that I do not recognize the number.If it was an important phone call, leave a message.

Scam caller, I have no debts nor do I have an account with Midland Credit. They've called before from a different number and I just keep blocking them.

Call claiming debt collection, sometimes leave messages. Most of the time robocall or no answer and the line goes dead. I have no outstanding debts.

CID = 'PHOENIX AZ', but two recording on another call site captured agents for 'MCM' and 'Midland Credit Management', respectively. The second agent disclosed that they were based in San Diego, California. In 2015, a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau news release named Midland Credit Management as a part of Portfolio Recovery Associates. They both were subjected to an administrative court order as violators.

Has literally called me 6 times since 8:33 this morning & it is only 1:33 now. It is a nuisance when I am trying to make buisness phone calls or considering I have just had major surgery and am suppose to be resting for recovery. I really do not want anymore calls from Phoenix or Midland for that matter, If I get anymore I will be filing a formal complaint with BBB & will find out how to file a scam complaint as well.
