HAD MY MEDICAL INSURANCE ID # AND PRESCRIPTION LIST SAYING THEY WERE CALLING ON BEHALF OF MY INSURANCE COMPANY. THIS SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW.

These people call EVERY DAY!! Say they represent my medical insurance company, but my insurance company has never heard of them. The insurance company called them and told them to stop calling us, but MED MANAGEMENT CALLED THE NEXT DAY!!

Strange call. Doctors manage medication when you see the doctor. This is fraud for sure.Don't answer questions when strange area code calls come in.

Yes, had the right insurance company set out in a robot voice, rest was a recording. Why would you ever discuss your meds with a med management program over the phone? Because it is to prey on those who have high prescription needs. The insurance companies are really getting away with giving out their HIPAA protected information?!

Caller ID said Med Management. No message left on my answering machine. Will not call back. Suspicious.

I have asked them to stop and they won't. Have said they are calling at the request of my doctor. I asked my doctor and they have not requested that I be called by anyone. Going on for over a year . Have received HUNDREDS of calls.

They say they are nursing service from my insurance company, but I already work with Capital Blue nurse who doesn't know who they are. It also is a recording that paused then says ther name of my insurance company, so it is recorded.THEY CALL 3 TIMES A WEEK.I even talked to them once and told them to take me off their list... But didn't stop them.

Insurance companies started 'complimentary Med management'...it is not for your benefit it's for theirs! They contact members on a lot of meds or costly ones to try to get you to use generic, change the medication, etc. Iinsurance companies outsource this 'service' and this is being done now before open season.I would NEVER discuss info like this with anyone except Dr. or Pharmacist....it's unnecessary and intrusive.

This number keeps calling me with a recorded message. I called back and get a recording with a menu. They are trying to sell their services, I have never contacted them for anything. I have blocked their number.

Multiple calls from same pharmacy tech. This time they used the above number. Every time I block number they come up with another. They call up to two times a day at the craziest of hours.

Caller ID said 602-384-9905 and Med Management but the number they want you to call back on is 1-844-866-3730 and he recording doesn't mention who to ask for and whonthey are. Has to be a scammer. I do all my medical through my own doctors and my insurance company. I hope the larger healthcare systems and insurance companies didn't sell my info to these people. Next call I make about this: AG office and FTC.

Identified as a Ivy from Major Health Insurance provider (not true) wanted to discuss medications being used. Told name and number don't match she said it often comes up as scam and they're trying to fix it so I asked for # to call verify gave 844.866.3735 came out scam Med Management.When will they be fined and shut down!

wanted personal information about my meds. Said I was being recorded. I told him I refused to be recorded. He refused to disable recording. Company policy. I Refused verification information. He kept asking me to verify with DOB. I refused. He finally hung up after saying he was going to report me to my Ins. Co. and I could lose my coverage.I can only hope that he gets hemorrhoids and lives to be a thousand.

Started as a robocall and then a person, 'BeBe'. Asked who was calling and the person said it was from Sinsonia Rx. I do not and have never used this service. I asked that I be removed from their list. I was asked to answer personal questions which I refused. I want these calls to stop!

I too told them 3 times that I am not interested in discussing medication with anyone but my doctor! I asked to be removed from their list, but their calls keep coming from other numbers!!! Harassment!

Hundreds of calls over the last year. I have asked them to stop. They won't stop. Have reported to phone company. They are not honest as to who told them to call me. Not my doctor. My doctor tried to get them to stop and they gave them a run around and won't stop.

Physicians manage your medication. People do not call you to manage medications. This is a scam

Lady on the phone said she was representing my insurance company but did not have the name of either of my companies. She said she was Representing IPBEV OR IPDEV. She would only give initials and would not give the name of the company and did not know the names of my medication companies I did give her my address and the names of my companies but I did not give her any information I think she is a fraud

After researching info on internet and ran across this site, I'm hoping they call again. I'm ready for them and when I give then stupid answers sure they won't call me again, Answered call but my answering machine came on at same time and they hung up. UHH I'm steaming after reading above complaints and so want them to call again.

This number keeps calling me telling me my Stanford Advantage Medicare Suppliment Plan has contracted them to help me manage my meds. I called Stanford and they never heard of Symphony Rx, so this is a bigtime scam. I am sure that older unsuspecting folks will give up their SS #, insureance info, etc, and then get ripped off.Stanford is going to look into this and report to all their subcribers to be on the lookout. DON'T GIVE OUT ANY INFO TO THIS CALLER.

filed a fraud complaint with Medicare

Asked for my husband, but I handle his medical stuff as he has memory problems. Said they were calling on behalf of United Healthcare and wanted to talk about medications. I said that I don't do calls like this and told them to send me stuff. Then I hung up.

Did not answer. They have been calling everyday for over a week.
