I get a Robo call everyday, telling me to pay a bill and leaving their phone number. I don't know them, I don't owe them. They are sooooo annoying.

APS Billing Department - If you have an account with them, you will probably want to take care of it as this is the recorded message telling you the past due balance is due or they will shut off next business day.

3/24/21 Got a call form APS Cust SCV -RE 602-371-7171 (this is what came across my caller ID) They advised they were in route to shut my power down unless I paid $499. Please note, I asked them to confirm my acct number and he said last 4 digits is 0000. I then advised this is a scam call but I would be waiting for him with a policeman should he show up!!!!!!

It's from APS electric. They just called my cell and left a message stating that they sent me an email and it was returned undeliverable.

Recorded female voice self-identified as an automated caller. Message stated my 'services' would be shut down unless I pressed one to talk to a live person. Rotten criminal scare tactics.

Well let us see, first Steve posted here 6 years ago, so I doubt that he will see your post. Second, even if he did see it it doesn't make any sense. Third, what makes you think that Steve or even this web site has anything to do with a payment?

I have received two calls this morning from this number, no one there. Caller ID says APS. We have APS accounts, but I have no idea why they would be calling, bills are always paid on time.

Because phone numbers change hands often, you may be getting calls for an old APS customer. Just call the company and they can remove your number from their records. I found out they take calls 24 hours a day. They were helpful for me when I had this issue.

Like so many others, this was call stating my APS bill was past due. I am not an APS customer. Total scam. Just block or not answer. Also my call came in thru international link of +602-371-7171

It's a scam, APS doesn't call, they will do it by main or email, these people have been running this scam for a while now. Just disregard the call

APS but if this number is incoming its being spoofed by a scammer. Was on my caller ID twice and called APS back. I was informed they'd never call and their number is being spoofed so scammers can get payments from unsuspecting people.

This is a legitimate business - APS is the largest supplier of electricity in the Phoenix area. If you are getting the call repeatedly call APS at (800) 253-9405 and ask them to correct their records.

Seems like a legit number to me, from APS. They said they were changing a meter and there was no attempt to collect money. It was a robocall.

I live in New York City and received a call form these fools last night at midnight. No message left when I didn't answer the phone. Completely ridiculous and disrespectful.

The call displayed 'APS Residential' as the caller. The phone number is a valid number for the Arizona Public Service Company, But this particular caller was spoofing the number as a ruse to get people to answer. The caller (a man with a foreign accent-possibly east Asian) was selling solar power systems. I hate when crooks use valid numbers to cover up illicit calls. A similar thing happened recently when I received a call from a local hospital, But the crook was hawking health insurance and wa
