same thing - responded to iPhone ad on CL. Buying a phone for his daughter's schooling and wants to pay $100 extra for my troubles and to cover shipping. Glad I googled his name and number and saw all these other warnings pop up. You would have thought he would be smart enough to change that generic a*s name he's apparently been using for years. Be WARNED.

Same thing, pay Pal/ Craig's List SCAM, how come we can not find these people, with technology today there has to be a way. For all of us that are hip to this scam there are as many who are not and they are being Robbed and this is not a victimless crime, some sell their stuff just to scrape by for the month, and these people want to put you into a hole you may never crawl out of!, PayPal /ebay and apple need to invent a sophisticated piece of hardware/ Software to track these clowns

Replied to CL ad and got same story about sending to his daughter, luckily as soon as I saw Nigeria I knew it was a scam my concern is I have him my email address is there anything he can get from my email address? Also his other number is 631-904-4771

I got the same experience just now. He said he was sending to his daughter for schooling in Nigeria. Same address and exact same story. My husband repeatedly said something weird and I googled. Then, I came to know this address has been used for scam for several years. Unbelievable!I texted only and the number I did is 916 246 9094.

I just experienced the same thing trying to sell a laptop/tablet he said he was sending to his daughter for schooling. When I said I could no longer proceed with the transaction he threatened to take me to court. My next steps are to call pay pal in the morning and file my complaint and concerns. His phone number he texted me from is 702 519 1414

This has to be stopped... im glad i did more research before i shipped my package to f****n nigeria... i knew it was something fishy!!! Dont do it its a SCAM!!!!
