Caller ID shows Unknown which is robo spammers favorite MO. Number has been blocked which means their call gets disconnected after the 1st ring but does that stop the dimwits, nitwits, morons, stupids, nincompoops from continuing to call us ??????????????? No because stupidity seems to be the badge of honor these days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called @ 9:49 am and again @ 11:10 am on Monday, 4/9.

Pushy, pushy!! Why anyone would give them any info is beyond me. They don't take 'no' for an answer, so I have no choice but to hang up on them.

Receiving multiple calls at our business from this company wanting to review the costs of our credit card machine. They have been very persistent and it makes me uncomfortable. Have no intention of giving any information (they say that they are not asking for anything private, but their actions make me sceptical), especially since they've started calling several times a day.

Lady was extremely pushy, rude and raised her voice when I would not disclose the business personal information. They want people to use their 'service' yet that's how they react when asked questions about who they are and politely declining to disclose information.

Asked for my first name and the doctors last name when I stated theres no such person here, he said oh my records must be wrong then asked for just my name. I said there is nobody here with that name either. He then said who do I speak to regarding your merchant services. I said all I do is book appointments. He hung up without even saying good bye.

A man named Steve Jackson trying to get my merchant info at the office. So dumb. I've told them to go away twenty times since Monday and I'm about to block the number. It is absolutely insane that anybody could be so stupid. Sometimes the Caller ID shows up as 'Xpress Bet' and when I look it up, it's a gambling site. What the h**l is this? Literally deserve to be shut down. Probably stupid scammers.

EXTREMELY persistent with questions, don't want to call back at a different time or leave any contact info, and pretty much just kept asking me if I was authorized to make decisions on our merchant account. They immediately wanted me to pull up the most recent merchant billing info I had, which I did not do. My advice would be to follow other complaints on here and just block the calls.

Very Rude. I repeatedly asked to be removed from their calling list. The person told me he was unable to access the list to remove us.

This call is from a fraudulent party that has information regarding your credit card. They do not have sufficient information to use the card so this is an attempt to get same.

Insisted they were a legitimate business, back to back calls, wanted me to text him my statement

Sarah/Sara hung up on me when i asked for her telephone number.

Wanted to know if I approved credit card used in my business. Only gave his first name as James, then said Hill after I asked for last name.

Attempted to call to see how they could help our business with lower credit card interest rates. Asked immediately to speak to boss and when he was told he couldn't become very rude and pushy and told me how important he was. Calls back every day.

Have asked them numerous times to stop calling.

Asked for first name of someone who was pastor here many years ago, wanted to talk about merchant Credit Card accounts, said this was a 'Quick Call' didn't want to leave any contact info.
