The gentlemen provided his name as Maverick Jones and indicated he wanted to speak directly with my boss about software solutions. I inquired what type of software solutions and he evaded the answer, but then just said, 'general.' Would not leave a number (other than my caller ID that identified the number as the one posted here) and asked if he could call again later today. Ugh!

Some dude who said his name was 'Charles' called and asked if he was speaking to (my name). I know there's a scam where caller wants you to say the word 'yes' so they can do something evil with it. I was trying so hard not to say 'yes'. Finally, he said something else and I did say 'OK' and he hung up. I am so mad at myself for making a confirmative statement.

A guy said he was calling from Technical Communities - which offers software solutions - yet curiously he did not have a call back number. When I asked for the web address he fired off a question which I ignored. I reiterated my request for their website. When he would not provide it I informed him we were at an impasse, I thanked him for calling, and said Good-bye. He hung up. Perfect ending!

Woman with accent wanted a specific employee regarding 'a personal business call,' which is code for 'collection agency.' Told her company doesn't accept personal calls and to try the person on their cell or at home. She said Thank you and hung up, which is what they're supposed to do.

Called on 10/19/2020 ... Did not answer. Received similar call from company previously. They are checking their calls lists (SPAM) to validate the phone numbers of the people they ask for. I then assume they resell these lists as validated contacts to businesses.

Called for my boss (CFO), I said he was not available and I'll be glad to take a msg, this guy said, oh no, this call is strictly confidential and personal I'll call back. He hung up. SCAM Lots of scam calls and emails to businesses. Be wise!

same issue as reported by others. they play coy until you say your full name, then they say they they say a name very quickly that they are just confirming my number. heavy asian accent. call log 07/17/20. same issue today, different call from #, indian accent - same MO.]

I support multiple execs. These guys call person after person at least a few times a week. They say they are from Software Solutions. Can't leave a message or details. We started asking them to take us off their list about a month ago. No go.

'Vince Cooper' from Technical Communities called from this number for my boss; when I began asking questions about the nature of the call, he said never mind, he would just call back. He asked repeatedly for a direct number to my Superior....didn't like it that I told him I answer all of his calls.
