Just received the same scam phone message and it also directed me to return the call at: 703-436-5029. EDIT- the original number that called me was: 703-756-6663. Caller id: WITS3

left a voice mail about some kind of scam about having my social security number and I may be sued by the IRS or something like that. The accent made it difficult to understand. No answer when I tried to return the voice mail.

Left me a vm - told me to call the above number back because it was a legal notice - i was being arrested for tax fraud, as there was an issue with my social sec num. said there was a warrant out for my arrest in the next 24 hrs if i didn't call back. I called my tax accountant - he said no one would call you - they would send you a letter :) - if it were true.
