Asked if he's speaking to [my first name] and I say yes, then hesitates a second and hangs up. I immediately remembered reading that there is some scam where they try to get you to say YES and somehow they can scam you for $$$$ with this alone. I tried calling back to see if this was a legit business but of course can't get through now. I see a few others have received fraudulent calls from this number.

Calls several times a day & hangs up or is a Foreigner recording. Several numbers involved as a robocaller. Caller ID shows as Aptela from Washington, VA

Ask if he was speaking to me, first and last name. Then asked if my job title was Banking Center Manager. It used to be, but I said no and he hung up. Very thick middle eastern accent. Called on my work phone.
