When I answered the man started talking about mailing me a back brace and just needed me to confirm my address. I told him No! and to not call back. These people call at least 4 times a day and each time are told to not call back. Our number is on the do not call list. Also when they called today no name popped up but a local number did show on the caller ID until I answered it, then their name and number showed. This is the first time that has happened, I would say now spoofing local numbers.

They didn't leave a message.I don't think it's a good idea for any professionals to utilize a reminder service that's not even in your area code. I'm going to have a little chat with my optometrist about this and remind him that I won't answer my phone if I don't recognize the number. They used to call from their office and their name was shown on the caller ID.

Got a call from this number just a bit ago. I don't answer calls that I do NOT recognize anymore. This call came in on a Saturday; today. After Googling the phone number, I found out that it's an appointment reminder for an optometrist appointment that I have next week. I will contact my doctor and let him know NOT to use this service again. Whoever heard of anyone calling on a weekend? NOT VERY GOOD SERVICES TO CALL PATIENTS ON WEEKENDS!!!!

This was a call to remind of a doctor appointment. Since I didn't recognize the name that Caller ID gave on my phone and I didn't recognize the number that was calling, I didn't answer. I never answer calls I don't recognize. There are too many unwanted calls coming. However, they did leave a message and a local number to call if I had questions. Makes me wonder why didn't the doctor's office just make the call?

Received a call from this number at 9:30 AM. Caller ID gave a local number I didn't recognize. I didn't answer and there was no message left. Did a reverse lookup for the local number and it turned out to be Eye Care One. I called them and they said they use a service to remind patients of appointments or when it's time for an annual exam. I asked what good is it when no message is left. Asked to have my number removed from their system. I had asked last year, too, but evidently the information didn't get passed on to the automated system company in Utah.
