Visitor 03 Oct 2021

Annoying multiple calls to us and we are registered on the Do Not Call registry

Visitor 26 Sep 2021

Left garbled message that was useless. 80 yo mother has appt but no idea where.

Visitor 20 Sep 2021

When I answered the man started talking about mailing me a back brace and just needed me to confirm my address. I told him No! and to not call back. These people call at least 4 times a day and each time are told to not call back. Our number is on the do not call list. Also when they called today no name popped up but a local number did show on the caller ID until I answered it, then their name and number showed. This is the first time that has happened, I would say now spoofing local numbers.

Visitor 14 Sep 2021

They didn't leave a message.I don't think it's a good idea for any professionals to utilize a reminder service that's not even in your area code. I'm going to have a little chat with my optometrist about this and remind him that I won't answer my phone if I don't recognize the number. They used to call from their office and their name was shown on the caller ID.

Visitor 13 Sep 2021

Left a message that said we had an appointment today but not for who and not for what We have no appts

Visitor 12 Sep 2021

Eye doctor appointment

Visitor 11 Sep 2021

Visitor 10 Sep 2021

Typically vermin with 1 brain cell seeking life in prison. Keep calling and get your wish. You will be found soon. FCC does NOTHING. Go ahead and get your last laughs.Tick - tock ....'poof '!

Visitor 03 Sep 2021

I totally agree. I guess it was a reminder for my kids dentist appointment in WA but it was a Utah number so I didn't answer.

Visitor 02 Sep 2021

Message identified a medical facility I never heard of and asked me to confirm a medical appointment I never made, then prompted me to leave a voicemail with my email address and phone number if I had any questions.

Visitor 30 Aug 2021

Will it ever end?

Visitor 14 Aug 2021

Calls my home at 8:15 am.

Visitor 09 Aug 2021

They called on Sunday morning 9am. I have a dentist appt soon but my dentist texts my cell, not the landline so this strikes me as scammy!!!!

Visitor 31 Jul 2021

This business calls repeatedly !! 6 times just today! I never pick-up. Definately a robo call, so has to be a scammer!

Visitor 30 Jul 2021

Century Link, my phone provider, is NO BETTER. Some day this activity needs to be brought to a halt. I wonder, do people in congress get these Robocalls?!!

Visitor 22 Jul 2021

Visitor 17 Jul 2021

I answered it and there was dead silence. Then the call hung up.

Visitor 17 Jul 2021

caller ID showed solutions reach. I didn't answer, as I only answer phone numbers I am familiar with. The call went to my answering machine, but whoever hung up on it. When they hang up on my answering machine I know it's a scam. Called at 11:50 AM 11/11/18

Visitor 12 Jul 2021

SPAM/SCAM from a spoofed real number.

Visitor 09 Jul 2021

We are on the Do Not Call list.

Visitor 05 Jul 2021

Very disturbing. If legit why not have actual business show name & #, so recipient knows. Never answer unknowns as there is so much scamming and political 'surveying' right now.

Visitor 29 Jun 2021

Called, left no message. Caller ID said was from SOLUTIONREACH A

Visitor 20 Jun 2021

Visitor 11 May 2021

8 am call. Did not answer

Visitor 03 May 2021

Got a call from this number just a bit ago. I don't answer calls that I do NOT recognize anymore. This call came in on a Saturday; today. After Googling the phone number, I found out that it's an appointment reminder for an optometrist appointment that I have next week. I will contact my doctor and let him know NOT to use this service again. Whoever heard of anyone calling on a weekend? NOT VERY GOOD SERVICES TO CALL PATIENTS ON WEEKENDS!!!!

Visitor 02 May 2021

Never heard of this company. No message. Not sure if robo. Answering machine just recorded a hang up buzzing sound.

Visitor 27 Apr 2021

They called our number 5 times within a 1 minute period.

Visitor 18 Apr 2021

This was a call to remind of a doctor appointment. Since I didn't recognize the name that Caller ID gave on my phone and I didn't recognize the number that was calling, I didn't answer. I never answer calls I don't recognize. There are too many unwanted calls coming. However, they did leave a message and a local number to call if I had questions. Makes me wonder why didn't the doctor's office just make the call?

Visitor 18 Apr 2021

This number called my house before 7:30 am and hung up when my answering machine came on. I never answer a phone number that I don't recognize and wait for a voice message. The fact that they did not leave a voice message suggests a scam. I blocked them from my phone number.

Visitor 16 Apr 2021

They've now called twice. If it is a reminder service, it hasn't been thought out very well for whomever has hired them. Today, with so many spam calls, who answers a caller they don't recognize?

Visitor 10 Apr 2021

Received a call from this number at 9:30 AM. Caller ID gave a local number I didn't recognize. I didn't answer and there was no message left. Did a reverse lookup for the local number and it turned out to be Eye Care One. I called them and they said they use a service to remind patients of appointments or when it's time for an annual exam. I asked what good is it when no message is left. Asked to have my number removed from their system. I had asked last year, too, but evidently the information didn't get passed on to the automated system company in Utah.

Visitor 29 Mar 2021

A reminder for our family optometrist, all good here... :)

Visitor 27 Mar 2021

Did not recognize the number so did not answer but they left a message. Called back number and it was my Dentist. Terrible way to do business.

Visitor 27 Mar 2021

Didn't answer call. Called twice in a row. Not sure what the call is about so decided to look it up. Not going to answer if number calls again.

Visitor 18 Mar 2021

Upcoming appointment reminder system. Legit.

Visitor 13 Mar 2021

Would you feel good answering the phone with all the scams going on for an appointment that is local and an out of state number? Why?

Visitor 07 Feb 2021

Visitor 19 Jan 2021

I live in Canada and received a call from this number. I don't think it's a reminder call from my dentist or optometrist as both have seen me recently.
