Claims to be AT&T, but I know it's not. Have dealt with another entity like this saying I had to upgrade and buy a new phone system. AT&T needs to do something about these outside callers using their info. AT&T told me once they do use outside people. So they are getting our info from them.

Said he was Robert Goodman, my new account manager and he wanted to let me know that he was authorized to lower my monthly bill on my AT & T bill. I have received this type of call before and really doubted he was really from AT & T. We were disconnected shortly after he said that so I didn't do anything.

Always calling saying they need to speak to someone to remove charges but looked online and its a scam beware.

Robert Goodman is an authorized Agent for At&t just like if you represented State Farm. He is able to review your At&t account, and make sure that your company is on the best program and has the best products.I hope this helps.

This was a complete lie!! A police report was filed, and after the police department reviewed the case they determined that the whole story was a scam because the customer had buyers remorse. Claims to be AT&T and needs to talk to the person who handles the phone service as AT&T is making network changes that may affect our service... TOTAL SCAM!

So why would you want to wait on hold with At&t , when you can call Americom who is an authorized At&t partner. Not only can they sell you any new products that At&t has to offer, but they can actually review your bill and all services, and make sure your on the best plan possible. They are just like dealing with a State Farm agent, so i suggest you tell all your business friends for they're help.

It's not illegal. At&t actually has a massive agent program, just like State Farm.They are able to review your account with your permission, and sell or provide you with At&t best products.Hope this helped.

Caller ID read, 'Toll Free Call.' I answered by saying the name of my business. A man just laughed 'ha ha ha' and hung up. Side-note: re: 'Anonymous' responder from Florida- Obviously this is not a legit AT&T partner or they wouldn't have scammed people and wouldn't act like the man who called me.

Caller claimed to be Stephanie from AT&T at extension 2361... She said we owed $300 plus dollars. This is so not true as online account claims to be paid in full monthly and it is !!!!

Called the business I work for, said his name was Bob Sands and that workers would be in our area working on lines (not ours) but that it might cause outages for us. Wanted to speak with my boss, who is the account holder. I'm not sure if it's legit or not - he seemed sketchy. We don't have traditional lines, we switched to VOIP earlier this year. Gave this as the callback number, so I decided to Google it, I'll let my boss decide whether or not to call back and talk to him.

Phone number is registered to Americom a telecommunications firm in Boca Raton. Calls themselves our 'AT&T Solutions Provider'. Trying to get you to change your phone service to something thru them. I suggest hanging up or lying to them and dealing with AT&T directly.

Had a message from a Francesca at extension 2759 regarding getting direct billing; Called and told her I did not have AT&T as phone provider; She stated then I must have had 'Burke' at one time and I said no... She said Who is your provider and I said that is none of your business.. She hung up.
