Won't stop making calls even when texted that they got the wrong number.

This number is been calling for months. How can I stop the phone calls ?

Returned a call, spoke to a Melinda she wanted me to give her personal information and when I told her that I wasn't going to cause I'm not familiar with company she hung up on me.... Who runs a business like that????

One would think that legal action or arrests would have been taken against these harassing pests by now or that their phone account would've been shut down. Where the hell is law enforcement when you need it? Can't even delete it without calling up the voicemail and deleting it first, then the entry. Comes in disguised as 1-778-581-4001. Only number that penetrates call blocking so far.
