It's an automated dialer with a recording that leaves messages on my phone. I have been getting calls from them for over a year and they keep say it's a time sensitive matter and they are going to be making their decision in the next 48 hours. I have them blocked but can still leave me a voice mail. I never received any emails or any mail from them. Pretty sure it's some kind of a scam
