A person from Credence calls day and night. I know I owe ATT and spoke to a woman there but she told me Credence will call to settle my debt, however I cannot understand a word the man is saying, probably from India. I would prefer to talk to and get help from someone I can understand.

I have been getting 2 calls a day all this week. No one is on the line. Last week, they claimed it was a collector and didn't have any correct information. I have stopped answering these calls since I have caller id.

A lady with an Indian accent called to collect debt on behalf of AT&T. She had our company's old address and could not confirm our updated address (which AT&T has on file). She kept insisting on getting payment information. Do not provide any information -- it's definitely a scam/fraudulent call.

Caller ID displayed 855-731-5361. Claimed to be from Credence Resource Management collecting debt for AT&T, which our business did not have. Had very thick Indian accents and provided very Americanized names. Would constantly ask for financial information to pay. Ended the call and in the record it showed up as a completely different number that was displayed. SCAM AND SPOOFING.

We have been getting anywhere from 1-4 calls PER DAY from this #. Would not ever leave a message on our answering machine, so we put the phone # on BLOCK and they still continue to call. If this is a debt collector we don't even have AT & T.
