After using the public access information which would seem to the average librarian as personal information to convince the receiver that they were talking with an AT&T employee, user specific information was inquired for (name of user that claimed insurance, email [I cut the caller there], ...) The overall push seemed to be for tainted instructions on how to remove personal data from phone for which the insurance claim was made for.Well worded enough to be a difficult fraud case.
