they call without answering or leaving any message, very annoying and tiring

to whom it may concern since we changed our phone number 4 years ago....we are getting bombarded by IPfax calls-aka faxes. this is very annoying and time consuming and we are not interested what ever this so called company is trying to send. please relief us from those calls so we could live in peace and harmony instead of getting calls at different hours during early morning and late evening. thanks so much. sincerely....gisela
