friggin nuts how much this number calls

We have paid all the bills on time to the hospital and didnt hear anything from hospital on the pending payment.. Suddenly today got call and he is saying payment is pending from past 2 years.. I am totally shocked and confused how people call and ask for money just like that.. When i requested for documents, he is saying they sent 3 months before which i never received. Seems these guys are doing scam in the name of some debt collection company name.

I called, its a company called 'Affiliate Asset Solutions' so its probably a collection agency. I owe medical bills

seen the number, didn't answer it, i unplug the phone. this c**p is getting old, am very tired of scammers calling here, and we are on the do not call list !
