Just got called by this number at my business trying to scam me into paying duty fee's on a Canadian shipment.There are reports all over the internet of this number being used for various phone scams over the last 6 months.Why hasn't someone strung these guys up by there ball sack's yet. 6 months and still getting away with this BS. WTF

Called me about unpaid duty and taxes on my 'brokerage account'. I don't nor have ever opened such an account with UPS. Blocked the number.

It even showed up on my phone as UPS, i was on their website looking for ways to pay and couldn't.

They called me and stated that I had an outstanding balance for a COD package, no $ amount was mentioned. I did order something from the U.S. but it was free shipping. Not sure if I want to call them back, also sounds like a scam!

It's 2017 and I got called by this number two days ago. Good thing I checked online before I call back. They claimed to be the Canada Customs Agency and asked me to pay for my overdue UPS bills.

Call from UPS saying the same as many here that it's for fees for shipment to Canada. The account number it gave me is not the account number for our UPS account and our account shows a zero balance. This is a scam.

This comment is bulls**t. I got scammed with this one cause I actually had outstanding balance with UPS, they were able to pull up my information and everything, even showed up as UPS on my credit card statement. I Immediately realized what I did after hanging up canceled my card and called UPS. UPS said they has no such records for the transaction and it was a ongoing fraud.

Got a call from UPS, saying I owed them money. This is impossible since I have received nothing from them for over a year. But the name UPS did come up on my phone, which did throw me off for a moment until I came across this site.

Called claiming that it was UPS Canada and stated that I owed money for uncollected fees. I don't live in Canada nor do I send very many items to Canada. My UPS account has a 0 balance. When I confronted to woman who answered, she said that I could disregard the call and that it may have been 'misdirected'.

Call claims I owe customs fees to UPS for package I sent to Canada a few months ago. I did send the package, but there were no customs charges that I know of.

Got a call saying we had overdue charges from Canada, i wrote down the account number and it didn't match ours, so googled the number. Seems fake.

Received a voice message that payment was required immediately. Then proceeded to give me an 'account number'. What's odd is when we usually owe anything to UPS we get a statement in the mail. I also found it suspicious that the amount owed was not provided.I hate these scam calls. I hate that they get away with taking advantage of people everyday.

i just received a call from this number claiming to be ups, saying i owe money for customs. i do not have any outstanding payments, i have checked all of my packages coming from the US to canada and nothing from UPS says i owe anything for customs. this is a scam. they also have the caller ID UPS, and i checked UPS does not have that number anywhere on their contact us page. whoever is doing this is disgusting.

I am expectinhg a parcel from the States and I have got calls and text messages saying that the parcel is being held at the depot and I owe money for customs. When I followed the link to the payment website, it was HomeGamez.com website and it asks for credit card information. That is where I stopped further payment actions. It is very suspicious that the payment would go to a games company. I wonder how did they get the info about the parcel and my phone number associated with it.
