Constantly getting call from Kaiser..robot for personal information

Constant calls about 'health care tips'. Asked for them to be stopped. Still coming in. Suspect a scam.

yes they do have robocalls.....the service is to current Kaiser members and they have had calls like this for quite a long time...it is only information I was not asked for member number or anything

Kaiser should not use robo call.

The message sounded like a recorded Kaiser Permanente message, but when I called the number the woman who answered would not identify herself as with Kaiser Permanente. First time I asked she just didn't say anything. I asked again if this was Kaiser, and she started a spiel about how I might be eligible to win something, so I hung up. I think they are using a Kaiser recording as their come on.

This call had all the signs of a bogus caller. After reading other comments, I think it is inappropriate if not illegal. We have been told not to respond to this type of call and if it is Kaiser or any other legitimate business, they should know better than to use this kind of service. Shame on them. I've blocked the number on my iPhone.

I received a call from this number months ago stating it was Kaiser. Recording wanted me to enter my Kaiser number. I hung up. There is no way I am giving my number to a robo call. I haven't had any reason test so its not results. If its that important my doctor can call or email me. No message was left.

Annoying call!..

they keep calling with the same message asking if this is you and to say yes or no...I don't answer yes and no questions. They say it is Kaiser but I am almost sure that this is a scam trying to get your medical card info. Don't answer!!!

Probably Kaiser marketing - very unprofessional, a robot asking questions that shouldn't be answered when it is to an unsolicited call (and / or when your not sure who is really calling.Strange thing, is this call was directed to another family member that does use the number called as a contact number.I will be stopping by Kaiser Customer Service to addres this type of call.

Have a difficult time thinking this is actually Kaiser if it is they have stooped to a real low will follow this up with a message to Kaiser

The robocall invited me to call this number for important information. 711 was also mentioned. It didn't sound right to me but it might be convincing to those more vulnerable. It was very professionally done. I would like to know a means to alert and send an alarm to seniors.

Uses same voice recording saying the call is from Kaiser Permanente and that they have good news.Now I have good news: My landline phone is with AT&T and I was able to block this call and others by using Call Protect on their website. I looked up my call history and today they tried to call 8 times but I never heard the phone ring and the calls were rejected. Yeah!!!! Works on any of the robocalls :)

Not sure what others heard but my call simply thanked me for being a client and then listed many of the services available to those on Senior Advantage. Personally I saw nothing wrong with that as not all elderly know all the programs for those of us seniors. No sales were suggested and I would not at all list this as fraud or telemarketing...simply informative

Second time for this caller/number, which I didn't answer. Identical voice mail left each time. Asked for call back, but I will not comply.

Recording states that it is Kaiser Permanente with an important message for the '_blank___' residence.Cal 18669302983 for important Health and Wellness information. Upon calling the number the greeting identifies itself as Kaiser Permanente and asks is this the '_blank___'residence. The type of call sends warning bells. If Kaiser really needs to contact its membership there are other methods such as email and snail mail.

Kaiser does not send robocalls. Call your doctor directly if you wonder about this content.

Caller wants me to call back, but I don't believe it is really Kaiser calling. I will not call back.

Called Kaiser patient service. Helpful service provider said that it is a legitimate call from Kaiser Marketing Services. She offered to put me on to a 'do not call' list for this number and said that there have been a number of complaints about the call.

called the number they told to call regarding 'exciting' news for my family. No one answered then disconnect.

This is a legitimate recording from Kaiser Permanente welcoming new members to Senior Advantage. There is no live person to laugh as mentioned be person in above post. They are not selling anything and will only call one time.
