Msg left:About Medicare changes. Asks if this ____household press 1 if yes, press 2 if no. Then msg stops. SCAM. Kaiser doesn't know this number and does not recommend responding to it. This has been going on for a good long time.

I am a Kaiser member. I am constantly receiving calls from Kaiser with a 'special message' or 'good news' c**p.I am on 'do not call' registry. Why are they allowed to bug the h**l out of me???? I like a lot of things about Kaiser......but if this keeps up I may go elsewhere.

Kaiser Mono - Not Kaiser Permanente

Got a call from Out of Area...no name of company. Left a message something about Kaiser Medicare Program. I think the Robot was waiting for me to say yes, since that was all the message said. If I want to know about my Medicare Program, I will call Kaiser directly

Kaiserpermanent is the wrong spelling. It's Kaiser-Permanente. Sounds like a scammer.

I did not answer. They asked if I was a member of the ____ household... yes, or no. I had read never to answer yes to any question so was suspicious.

The scammers also sell your 'verified' number to other scammers. Whenever you see a number you don't recognize or a misspelling like this, don't answer.

They will try to record you saying 'yes' and use your acknowlegement in other arbitrary agreements that you did not agree to. They can also sell your voice to other companies to put you under agreements. Don't fall for this.

Received this call from Kaiser about their advantage plus plan and to call them back at 1-808-726-2583 which is a long distance call to Hawaii. Will only call back when they give me a toll free number.

Knew it was a scam. Bored as it's Covid time. Called back and said my name was I M Slick and my Kaiser number was OU812. LOL

We are receiving too many annoying calls from 866-930-3305, with no caller ID, claiming to be Kaiser Permanente.

Multiple calls from this number - asking if I am a Kaiser member. The messages are left on my answering machine -- I don't answer my phone anymore. Legitimate callers will get a return call. Strange times we live in.

Claimed to be Kaiser Permanent calling for the (my last name) household. Requested to call back at the same number (866-930-3305). Out of curiosity, I called the number back and got a recorded message. The message thanked me for being a Kaiser Member, recommended that I visit their website for additional services that Kaiser offers, such a wellness classes, and reminded me that Kaiser has a five star rating. Other than that, there was no attempt to get my Kaiser number or any other information.

Fake lady sounds like the one confirming appointments. Trying to introduce me to kp extra benefits. She never completed her speech or even a return call number.

I didn't answer because i was working the voicemail the caller didn't identify themselves by name said i had a $600 bill with them in collections and left a acct# to identify the supposed job.

This robocall claimed to be from Kaiser telling me call regarding information about Medicare coverages. I did not answer and when I checked my call log, it registered as an unknown number which was an immediate RED FLAG for me since any call from Kaiser show up as such. Also, the call came to a phone number I do not use on a regular basis so that was another RED FLAG.

Unsolicited phone message left for the 'x*x Family' with our correct surname, purporting to be from Kaiser Permanente with 'good news' about our Medicare Plan.We blocked the number and didn't return the call.

Automated voice recording said call was about Medicare benefits you have with Kaiser. Asked 'Is this a member of the x*x household?' Answer yes or no. DO NOT RESPOND.

Robo Caller keeps calling my cell phone I just had 3-messages from them and Kaiser said this is a scam and to ignore. Can't any agency shut these crooks down.

continue to get Kaiser Permanente robo calls about their programs. Have asked to be removed from their call lists, but it continues
