Got a call this AM from someone claiming to be from Wellspring. They needed my birthdate, address, insurance card and other information in order to notify me of pre-authorization decision on a medication. Several red flags went up! Why would they be calling me and not the Dr or the pharmacy and hpw did they even have my personal info?

this number is for Wellcare medicare part D. I got a call from this number and there was no message so I looked it up on google and that is how I found out who it was.

Yup. It's XM/Sirius. They don't even know my name, they just know what I drive. VERY annoying.

This was a switchboard number so they asked what company called me. In my case a message was left that it was Wellcare - my Rx insurance company. They were following up on a call I had made re a problem 2 days ago and it had been assigned to a rep who was calling to help resolve this.From reading other complaints here it does look like this # does handle other companies besides Welcare, so whether all are legitimate calls or some might be from telemarketers I have no idea....as I said it is just a switchboard #. If you don't want them to call you again, you can call and advise the operator who answers and she will take your # off the call list.

Called, let it go to voicemail, they hung up.

This number is supposedly from WellCare and left a number with a pin number, although when I returned the call the number was longer in service. After calling WellCare they informed me they had no knowledge of anyone from WellCare calling me. At this point I'm inclined to believe this may very well be a possible scam or phisher fishing for personal information. I would use caution when speaking with anyone calling from this number.

WTF! I get this same BS. No one is ever at the other end. I called 'well-care' and they deny any persons calling me, especially someone who hasn't got that type of insurance.

XM radio wanting to reactive the radio in my car for $25 for 6 months.

I get a call from the number below. When the answering machine picks up, the caller hangs up. They call several times a day. They have called as late as 9:00pm.

Called me - I don;t answer 800 or 888 or 876 numbers, as it is usually marketers. They did not leave a message.

Received calls in the late evening. Called the number back, company called Wellcare a Medicare Perscription company. This is very annoying. We are not using this company and are not on medicare. I wish to be left alone! I'm on the do not call list for a REASON!
