Had two calls from this number over a few weeks, both times I’ve answered and had a conversation with Edf regarding a smart Meter, both times they’ve wanted to book me in to get one installed and both times they’ve had no appointments available. I don’t understand why they’re ringing if they havent got any space. Pointless, wastes my time and theirs.

I've just set my phone to auto reject it. It still ID's the number but it doesn't let it ring. My phone reminds me that they have rung. Possibly reminding me is worse than EDF ringing in the first place.This site is brilliant..

Its EDF - trying to book appointment to fit smart meter. The offered me a time this week which I couldn't do, then said they would call back when they have other appointments available!! Waste of my time - waste of theirs!
